Aya Sawada (Madrid, 1986) is a photographer based in Barcelona.

She photographs clearly defined and everyday subjects from an otherworldly viewpoint, as if floating around in them in an attempt to capture the veil between her inner and the outer world.

The result is a fragmented narrative in her works, always keen to present a dramatic context and storyline in which she has placed her 'characters'.

Although seemingly hard-edged and austere on the surface,her works can also be seen to playfully express the colorful inner lives of her subjects, thereby creating a further sense of intimacy between the photograph and the viewer.

澤田綾（マドリッド、スペイン、１９８６年）は、バルセロナに住んでいる写真家です。

彼女の写真とは、空中をわずかに浮遊しているかの如く、身近な日常にある主題を浮世離れした視点から捉え、その虚実皮膜を表す。

ドラマチックな背景に置かれる彼女の「登場人物」達は、物語の欠片の様な作品を自然と作り上げていく。

一見したところでは、直感的で厳格な表情を持つ作品と思われるかもしれないが、探っていくうちに緻密な遊び心と色鮮やかさで写ったものの内心を描こうとしている姿勢が見えてくる為、写真と観察者の間にある親しみを一層高める効果も生み出してくれる。
